Gaby Grobo To Exhibit at the International Biennale Artists Exhibition

From June 7th to 26th, 2012 Argentinian artist Gaby Grobo will participate with her piece “No se van con el Viento” and with her presence at the International Biennale Artists Exhibition, Miami at LMNT in Wynwood.

As a tribute to her roots, Grobo has developed a personal iconography based on images collected on her daily travels through the Argentinian fields of Carlos Casares and its surroundings.

In her paintings, Grobo takes a deep look into those places which are naturally depicted allowing herself to treasure the history of such territory adding the treeless plains of the Argentinian Pampas and its elements such as fences, mills, thistles and posts which are transformed into symbols by the artists’ experiences.

The Pampa, the land of immigrants where the sunsets are for everybody and where the refreshing mornings wake up an always creative community, with her paintings, Grobo captures the essence of her being as well as to translate into paintings the arresting metaphysics of the Plains.
